Because this site uses a cascading style sheet (css), it is designed for the Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) browser. It displays on Netscape Navigator, but imperfectly. You can obtain the latest version of Internet Explorer from the Microsoft website by clicking the link free IE download.
Optimum viewing of this site requires a monitor set to High Color (16 bit) or True Color (32 bit), and the screen area to 1024 by 768 pixels. If your screen is small, or the screen area is set to 800 by 600 pixels, additional vertical and horizontal scrolling may be necessary. Also, you may need to drag the boundries of the banner and contents panels to reposition them.
