Faith and Politics

Religious and political beliefs are part of the body's inventory, and are left behind at death, which can be defined as a permanent separation of mind from body.

For those in the afterlife who take advantage of the opportunity to explore previous lives, rather than merely to sleep or float, it is still possible to recall events in those lives, including the associated feelings and emotions, but only in tranquility. In the afterlife the mind exists, but without feeling or emotion. So remembering is as close as a disembodied mind can get to emotion.

Faith and politics are supported by interplay between the brain and physical emotions. Without the capacity to generate emotion, the content of religious or political convictions vanishes.
